Seniors All-Stars Win State!
The Southern Senior All-Stars defeated Midland last evening to become the the Senior League State Champions. This is the 4th year in a row that Southern has won the state tournament. Now they will move on the the regional tournament in Peru / Oglesby. The Southern team went through the state tournament undefeated with a record of 4-0, outscoring their opponents 42-6 overall. The Senior All-Stars will leave on Friday morning to attend opening ceremonies. Their first game will be Saturday afternoon, July 20, at 1:30pm against Kentucky. Congratulations, boys, and best of luck as you move on to the next level.
