Bob Hams Retiring
At Southern, we hoped that this day would ever come.
After 40+ years at Southern Little League, Bob Hams has announced his retirement and will step down as Vice President of the board. There will never be anyone to put in as much time and effort into the success of Southern than Bob. He’s overseen 40+ seasons, 12,000+ games, and 72,000+ innings. Traveling to other Little Leagues in other states, its not uncommon for someone to come up and ask “You’re from Southern? Do you know Bob Hams?” He’s a legend in the little league community.
